REPETITIVE BILLING

Repetitive Billing makes it easy for your business to create the recurring entry online via our secure servers in real time. There it remains as an automated entry, with timely recurring submission to the Automated Clearing House until you cancel it, or the number of debits you programmed is completed. Or, you can create master billing files and upload them to our Secure Server for ACH submission and settlement.

Items received by your customer's bank electronically are processed before paper items are, thus your risk of NSF returns is reduced. In the event of an NSF return, you are notified faster and the return charges are lower than paper items. For membership type businesses, instead of your customers forgetting to make payments, they may forget to cancel their authorization to debit extending the life of the relationship automatically.

Flexible

You have all the flexibility you need to get paid weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.

Amounts can be edited for varying charges, as well as bank changes, date changes, etc. This leaves you all the "set and forget" flexibility and billing control you need. We even include a payment calculator for you so that you can provide the total amount due, specify the number of payments, and the amount of each debit is calculated for you.

Notifications

Customers receive email notifications of scheduled debits in advance of each transaction, three days before the debit occurs, thus forcing them to call with any changes to their account.

Reporting

We offer complete reporting capabilities, including batch run reports selectable by day, date, or date range, and individual customer histories, as well as the ability to:

  • Stop, suspend, or resume billing.
  • Edit Amounts for variable bills.
  • Change bank routing, account, or other information without having to re-enter the entire transaction.
  • Edit other customer information.
  • Resubmit returned items with the click of one button.
Your Company Image

Image may not be everything, but it doesn't hurt. With Repetitive Billing automatic debits, you project the image that the major companies have by offering this billing option to their customers. Your company name appears on the customer's bank statements.
