Checknet's business history is
very extensive and we are a proven leader in the electronic payment,
collection, and e-commerce services. Our Board of Directors and owners have
over 130 years combined experience in the collection industry. Checknet, Inc.
purchased Intermountain Collection Agency in 1998, that had been in business
successfully since 1995. We are fully licensed, bonded and registered currently
in 9 states, and meet all FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and Fair
Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) guidelines and recommendations. We are members of
the American Collectors Association (ACA), the Utah Association of Collectors
(UAC) where are corporate offices are located, and the Better Business Bureau
(BBB). Our experience provides a wealth of knowledge and we strive to assist
you in identifying needs and developing solutions to your cash management
needs.
